You can check the status of your order via the track and trace code sent to you by email once you've placed your order.
If your order should have arrived already, please check your order status in your Interrail.eu account and check the Track and Trace code of your order. If something appears to be wrong with your order, please contact the shipper directly.

Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
