When will my Interrail paper Pass arrive?
You can check the status of your order in your Interrail.eu account. We'll also keep you up to date about the status via e-mail. Once your order is shipped, you can follow your Interrail Pass with the Track and Trace code.
If your order should have arrived already, please check your order status in your Interrail.eu account and check the Track and Trace code of your order. If something appears to be wrong with your order, please contact the shipper directly.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
