Can I get a new Interrail Pass if it's lost or stolen?
Yes! If you lose your device with your mobile Pass on it, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you can. They can help you load your Pass onto a new device. If you want to board a train in the meantime you'll need to purchase a separate ticket for your journey. We, unfortunately, cannot offer any refunds for this.
No! If your Interrail paper Pass is lost or stolen it can't be replaced (unless you bought Pass Protection* before it was discontinued), meaning you cannot get a new copy with the same Pass number. You will either have to buy a new Pass or replacement train tickets to continue travelling (tickets purchased to replace lost or stolen Passes cannot be refunded either). Note: you can order a new (nonrefundable) Interrail Pass and have it shipped to your hotel or hostel address in Europe. You could also buy one from an international train station in Europe, or purchase point-to-point tickets.
If you bought Pass Protection* at the time of ordering your Interrail Pass with Interrail.eu, these extra travel costs are covered up to the remaining value of your Interrail Pass.
