How often does the app timetable get updated?
We update the timetable on our website and the Rail Planner app 4 times a week to keep the journey planner as accurate as possible for using offline during your trip. If you don’t have automatic app updates turned on in your phone settings, check your phone's app store before you travel to make sure you have the latest version.
Train time updates in real-time
If you have the latest app version, the app can keep you informed with live updates like delays, cancellations and platform numbers when you're online in the following countries:
- Austria
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- The Netherlands
- Switzerland
Can't find train time or real-time information in the app?
Occasionally, you might not see train time information or real-time information, even if your app is up-to-date and your phone is online. This can happen due to technical glitches or if the railway doesn't share the information. If this happens, remember to keep an eye on station departure boards, ask the railway staff or visit the railway companies' websites just in case there are delays or disruptions.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
