Can I change my start date?
You can change your start date any time before the start of that day (00:00 local time). Go to My Pass, tap the three dots on the top right, and tap ‘Deactivate Pass’. You can then choose a new start date by following the steps to activate your Pass.
You can’t change your start date if the day has started or if it’s in the past.
Please note there are multiple time zones in Europe, which means that you could gain or lose an hour of your travel day during your journeys.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
