How can I make reservations together with a travelling companion?

To make reservations together with your friends or family, you will need to have already bought Interrail Passes for each of you. Then you can proceed by logging into your Interrail.eu account. 

If you haven't already done so, you will first need to create a trip in your account. Follow these steps to do that:

• Click on "View Reservations" and then click on "Edit Your Trip and Travellers".
• If you purchased your Pass from our website, then you can simply click on "View my trip" under "I purchased my Pass on Interrail.eu", and then make a new trip or use an existing one.
• If you purchased your Pass from elsewhere, then please click on "View my trip" under "I purchased my Pass elsewhere". Enter a new Trip name and travel period and click "Add Trip".

Next you can add your travel companion(s) to the trip by selecting "Add travellers from another order". Then enter the email addresses used to purchase the Passes of your companion(s), as well as the order numbers, and click "Import". 

• Make sure you don't enter any extra spaces before or after the email addresses or order numbers, or you may receive an error message.

Once you've imported the Pass details of your friends or family, you can use this "Trip" to make your reservations together. 

When possible your seats will be assigned together, however this may not be possible due to low availability.
