The earliest in advance you can order an Interrail Pass is 11 months before you start your trip.
When you order your Interrail Pass, you'll need to enter the date when you want to start travelling with your pass. This date is printed on your Interrail Pass as your start date. You can order your pass anywhere within the 11 months before this date.
Are there any extra fees when I order online?
There are no hidden fees when ordering your Interrail Pass at Interrail.eu. Please do keep in mind that European high-speed trains and night trains require an advance reservation.

Yes, for a small extra fee our Pass Protection covers the cost of replacement train tickets, should your valuable Interrail Pass get lost or stolen. The costs of the train tickets you need in order to keep travelling are covered up to the remaining value of your Pass.

Delivery of your Interrail Pass starts from just £9 | €9. We deliver orders using DHL shipping and tracking. This comes with a 100% guarantee your order will arrive on time. You are also able to track the delivery status of your order online.

Can you deliver my Pass at a train station?
No, we don't deliver to train stations. However, we can deliver your Interrail Pass to your accommodation in Europe.
Is it possible to change the name on my pass?
Sometimes your travel companions or the starting date of your trip change after you’ve made an order. Or you notice an error in the number of your passport, country of residence or date of birth. If this is the case, you'll have to exchange your pass for a new one with the correct details.
If the passport number on your Interrail Pass doesn't match the number on your new passport, you need to bring both your old and your new passport on your trip. If you don't have your old passport anymore, you can exchange your Pass for a new one.
You can use your coupon by entering the code into the ‘Gift card or coupon code’ field on the cart page during the checkout process. The coupon discount will immediately be applied to your order amount.
Coupons from Interrail.eu are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold. However, you can give your coupon to a friend or relative to use against their own order, as long as they meet the specified coupon conditions.
