Interrail benefits in Finland
If your Interrail Pass is valid in Finland, you can get discounted ferry crossings, as well as other great offers.
Show your Interrail Pass to receive your discount or contact the specific company in advance. The discount benefits apply during the validity of your pass, whereas free travel on trains, buses or ferries is only valid on travel days.
Transport
Discounted travel between Finland and Germany with Finnlines ferries
Interrail Pass holders receive a 50% discount on the standard passenger fare on the route:

Set sail for Sweden or Estonia
Interrail Pass holders pay special fares on Tallink Silja Lines ferries that operate on the routes:
Turku – Mariehamn – Stockholm (Sweden)*
Helsinki – Mariehamn – Stockholm (Sweden)*
Helsinki – Tallinn (Estonia)
Benefit from a 20% discount during high season and up to 50% off during low season, on online bookings. (Check the Tallink Silja website for the dates of the low and high seasons as these can vary depending on the route.)
Please keep in mind that the above routes marked with a '*' are night crossings and that you'll have to book a cabin.

Discounted travel to Moscow and St. Petersburg
The Finnish Railways (VR) offer a discount for Interrail passengers on Allegro and Tolstoi trains between Finland and Russia.
- Allegro trains on the route Helsinki to Saint Petersburg.

Keep in mind:
Passport information is required at time of booking. Payments need to be made within 24 hours after booking after which tickets will be delivered per email or as paper ticket. Cancellations or changes are possible, at the latest 6 hours before departure against a fee of €10 per ticket. Please note that a valid visa to Russia is required when boarding the train.
Eckerö Line ferry crossing
Interrail Pass holders get a 20% discount on passenger fares on board of the Eckerö Line ferries. The discount is valid on the following route:
